These affirmations are the key to manifesting your goals, desires and achieve a better state of body and mind. When accompanied by the use of daily mantra or meditation practices, these affirmations work as a good supplement.

Where to Start?

The change is not going to happen all of a sudden. For this, you need to plan a systematic approach. Here, are some guidelines with the help of which you will be able to usher in a new revolution in your life.

  1. Visualize the Way Your Ideal Life Should Be

The first step is to visualize the way your life would be. You must have a clear picture in your brain about the things that can make your life happy. It can include anything from wealth, health, family, work and items that you find essential to your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being. For example, if your aim is to become the boss at work, you should visualize the way your life would be when you will reach that position in actuality and keep on envisaging that thought.

Primarily, writing down your wishes helps you to understand your exact goals. It means when put on paper, the goals are clearly defined which otherwise remain scattered in your mind. Keep on reminding yourself about the goal and your desires. Review the written list of your goals daily so that you do not let it slip out of your mind even for a moment. Being constantly on the track will help you to attract the type of energies that you are looking for. To make it easier and attractive, if possible, try to create a vision board and draw or stick pictures of your goals onto it. For example, if you want to own a plush apartment, stick a picture of it on the vision board and set a target year or a month by which you want to get it.

One more thing, make sure that this vision board is easily visible and accessible so that you get to see it every day. So, where should you put it? Hang it on the bedroom wall, refrigerator door or a bathroom mirror. You can never miss these places.

The most important thing that you must remember is to be clear about the things you want to manifest in your real life through the law of attraction. Vague imagination and general thoughts are not going to help you to get the right results. For example, in your record book if you write down that you want to have just enough salary to make a good life, then, it does not clarify the exact amount and hence does not specify the exact goal. So, the energy you will attract will although be enough, but may not be adequate to fulfill your desires. On the other hand, write down the exact figure of salary you want to achieve and it will give a clear picture of what exactly you want and how much.

Use the power of affirmation here. Write down that I want to earn a six-figure salary or more according to your desire and keep on reminding it to yourself.

  1. Thoughts Must be Followed By Action

You must have heard that no one helps those who are not ready to help themselves. Similarly, if you are clear about your goals, are desperate to change your life by implementing law of attraction then, you must take steps to achieve them. Positive thinking gives momentum to your thought and converts your thoughts into action so that you move forward towards the goal.

If you are interested in clearing a particular entrance exam, the positive thinking will not let you sit quietly. It will motivate you to join a class or a tuition, which will increase your chances of passing that particular examination. So, you see, the law of attraction is not only about thinking positively and attracting positive energies, it is also about taking positive actions and reaching the target.

Practice the above steps and you will definitely achieve the goals and dreams of your life and even inspire the others to apply the law of attraction in their life.
