Usually some women gain weight after marriage due to few reasons. 60% women however get in the list of weight gain. There are some myths related to this “post marriage weight gain” subject like women gain weight due to sexual relationships as repeated sex as their hips gets voluminous due to extending their legs. However these myths have no such scientific proof and hence they are not true. And people who believe this myth that women gain weight after marriage should also know that men too gain weight after marriage. After pregnancy women are usually fed high calorie foods to produce more healthy milk to feed their baby hence calorie loaded foods leads to obesity. Even some mothers feed themselves with the left over baby food not to waste the food.

Motherhood’s aftermath

When a woman gives birth to baby she forgets about her own appearance and focus more on family issues and her baby’s health and education. Hence she makes her workout deprived which pushes her into sedentary lifestyle.

Getting a perfect balance of healthy diet, some workouts and active lifestyle can surely help women to lose weight and stay fit. And coming to pregnancy, weight gain after and during pregnancy is somewhat unavoidable. But try to get active as soon as possible and maintain a daily workout routine to stay fit and slim.
