In our day to day lives many people use laptops on their laps while using it which could harm the quality of sperm leading to low sperm count which of course won’t kill us but there are some similar harmful habits that could kill us for sure.

Sitting for long hours watching TV, surfing the web, chatting with friends, reading, and so on without getting intervals to stretch your limbs. Well, most of the upper-class people spend their lives in this manner having sedentary lifestyle. They wake up in the morning and set out for work without any exercise go to their workplaces in their cars, sit for long hours at work, and return home in their cars as well. The result of a sedentary lifestyle is obesity, which is a warning signal, as it predisposes you to dangerous health conditions such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, stroke, and many others. In short, it works like a slow poison.
