3. Water bed mattresses

These types are ideal for people who sleep on their back. Doctors mostly recommend them to their patients with back problems. They feature a rectangular design with padded water and solid material made of foam and fibers. Water flows freely in the bottom chamber, and this gives you the option of choosing the type of support you need.  While water beds are not quite as popular today, in the 1980’s they were a “must have”.
