You will be able to get the sleep you need when you want. The berries will help you stay awake and won’t have a negative effect on the moment when you want to sleep. 

Water is also mandatory to consume. There are a lot of issues that will occur to you once you dehydrate and all of them are sever issues affecting sleeping. That’s why you need to drink plenty of water while traveling and once you reach the desired destination. This doesn’t refer to juices that are artificially made from chemicals nor cocktails, just to add.

Stay awake up to 9 pm

The goal you should have is to stay awake up to 9 pm the first day you reach the desired location. Travelers can enjoy countless gadgets and items that make the time pass quickly. Once you reach 9 pm you will be extremely sleepy, but this is a good thing. You can fall asleep within minutes and you will have a proper night of sleep. The benefits are obvious. In the morning, you will wake up completely rested and you will be able to continue your business plans. This also means that you are adjusted to the new time zone and there are no further complications.
