How to Get Good Vibes in Your Life – CBD Oil Extract

The secret to good vibes? Well, there isn’t just one thing to get you there. And no magic three words (good vibes only, anyone?) is going to keep you on the higher positive vibes. It actually takes a combination of what makes you happy, what makes you healthy, and what you love. It starts with small changes. Looking at the supplements, we take vitamin C, vitamin D, B12 and more. Getting up a bit earlier. Ditching people who aren’t good for us. And you can get these tablets, CBD to help your system too.

We spend a lot of time overanalyzing, talking about everything that isn’t going right. We keep talking to people that bring their negative noise in the front door and leave it with us. We push hobbies to the side to make room for work… and on it goes.

We actively make room for things that give us little to no joy, because we HAVE to pay bills, and we have to make certain social engagements. But sometimes, you have to say no. You have to say no to things that don’t serve you. Things that don’t make you happy.

Think about it for a minute – if you are only doing things that bring bad vibes, and don’t actively add to your happiness levels, then how are you going to get those good vibes?

So if you are ready to swap out some bad vibes for some good ones, then this list is for you.

CBD

CBD is making waves in all the right places. Why? Because it has a broad amount of uses, it is easy to access, isn’t a drug and comes in different ingestion and topical applications. Your body is designed to use CBD to support the natural endocannabinoid system. This system, in case you haven’t of it, is responsible for the homeostasis in your body. It keeps everything ‘just so’. And even though CBD and in fact, cannabis has been used for thousands of years to treat everything from illness to anxiety. It is somehow only in recent years being legalized and put into both medicinal application and health and wellness applications.

And that is a strange thought when our bodies use it to stay in balance.

But let’s not dwell on that. Let’s stay positive!

Something that worries many people is how they can use CBD in their life. How will it impact them daily – and will it have any adverse effects? Surely since it is an extra from cannabis, you will get high!?

Actually, CBD is the extract from cannabis that doesn’t get you high. THC is the bit that gets you high, and high-quality lab-tested oils have a purity stamp. The stamp will tell you that (depending on the extract process) the CBD is either less than 0.03% and is an isolate or a full-spectrum/whole-plant extract and has a small amount of THC in it. There is a school of thought that says for chilled vibes, and a happier general outlook then isolate is what you want. For chronic pain whole-plant with tiny amounts of THC is more beneficial.

How Do You Take It?

There are so many ways that you can introduce CBD into your daily life. If you are looking to add an overall improvement, then you can take a CBD capsule every morning – finding your CBD might take a little bit of time – but once you find it, you’ll feel the effects in a positive way. You can opt so have a few CBD teas during the day, this will typically give you some calm and peace for a while after consumption. If you are looking to calm your mind and get some focus then sublingual (under the tongue) drops, water and gummies are the best options. Take them about an hour before you need to get started.

If you need that deep, relaxing, restful sleep? A bigger dose an hour before you want to go to bed is ideal.

There is another option if you don’t want to eat it, drink it or take in a capsule you can buy CBD oil that made for vaping. Many people choose this option and just have a few puffs on a vape during the day.

This is really a personal preference, and you can use a few of the ways above to get what works for you in terms of CBD dosage.

If your body and mind are being supported in the right ways, you will naturally see a shift in how you feel. When you feel better, happier and more positive – then you will start making other changes to get more good in your life.
