Theme Park Equipments

Nevertheless, if you consider yourself a true theme park fan or you like to spend some time in it from time to time, you`ve probably noticed that in each and every park there are a few rides that are constant.

More importantly than being a theme park fan is if you consider entering into this industry and consider opening one yourself. The first thing you need to do is think about the rides you want to include.

Immediately, you think the bigger the better because when it comes to theme parks we know that the true value lies within the superlatives (biggest, tallest, fastest), but we advise you to think twice. It is more valuable to create a theme park that will be family friendly instead of being a gathering spot for roller coaster fanatics.

Surely the time will come when you will get to add some fancier rides that will probably attract “superlative” fans, but first, you need to focus on much simpler, basic, and affordable rides. They will be appreciated by families with kids who are looking to spend a calm and fun day into your theme park.

Here is a list of a few amusement rides that are a must for every theme park.

Yup, no theme park can go without a spinning carousel. We can all agree that it takes us straight back to our childhood memories when we got to ride our favorite horse over and over again. Nothing beats that! The soothing music, the bright colored horses that went up and down in galloping rhythm, and the surrounding lights, all together create an almost historical and such meaningful sight for the generations before and for the one yet to come.

2. Ferris Wheel

One thing is for sure, no theme park ever can go without a Ferris wheel. All over the world, these types of rides are considered a main and focal attraction because there is not a better way to view the entire area than by riding the ferries wheel. Furthermore, if you choose to ride the Ferris wheel by night, be prepared to experience a special kind of magic hence of the city lights.

3. Bumper Cars

This ride is suitable for every age possible and here lies its beauty. People are usually hooked by the amazing feeling into bumping with small interesting cars and they usually do this activity with their friends or family. Either way, they love it.

4. Dark Ride

Dark rides or commonly known as ghost train are indoor amusement rides that have the goal to scare the passengers off. Usually, these rides have some interesting horror story to tell with sudden and unexpected interactions and falling objects.

5. Pirate ship

The pirate ship is such an exciting and thrilling ride especially when you will lack the roller coasters (at first). In a seated gondola that almost always looks like a pirate ship, people get to experience various levels of angular momentum.
