He also scored a hat trick in the Eredivisie in an away match against SBV Excelsior.   • Nationality: Japanese

Takefusa Kubo is usually known as “Japanese Messi” based on his excellent performances. He had a great time full playing for FC Barcelona before heading back to Japan and becoming a member of FC Tokyo U-18 in 2016. On 15 April 2017, Kubo became not only the youngest player in Japan League history but also the youngest goal scorer. He helped his team get a 1-0 win over Cerezo Osaka U-23. On 3 May, he debuted for the first-team in Japan League YBC Levain Cup playing 25 minutes in a 1-0 win against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo.

10. Nguyen Quang Hai

  • Age: 21 (12/04/1997)
  • Nationality: Vietnamese

Nguyen Quang Hai is current playing for Hanoi F.C and the Vietnam national football team. He is newly-discovered talent of Vietnamese and Asian football. His talent has been proved through a host of matches he has played. 

For example, at the Asian Games 2018, Quang Hai scored the only goal in the match between Vietnam and Japan – one of the strongest teams in Asia. His score enabled Vietnam team to fish the group stage as first place on their group.

Based on his performance, in 2018, he was named as among the top 15 strongest contenders for the annual award of Best Footballer in Asia 2018.
