At many stages in life, you may develop a feeling of being chained in responsibilities, you may find your career decision dwindling, switching different job roles for better compensation, etc. At that time, when you just sit down, you ask yourself when in life you will get a freedom from all these tensions? You find yourself so much burdened that you feel like running away from yourself!

But it is food for thought that everyone goes through their own destined struggles but still you see people enjoying freedom. In fact, we are fortunate than many others who struggle with physical deformities or don’t have enough to feed their children, meal for at least one time in a day. 1. Don’t Care About What Others Think About You

When you try to act in accordance with other’s likings, then you will gradually feel fake. You will try to be friends with people by impressing them with an artificial persona. But you cannot win hearts with these artificial qualities as somewhere in your heart, you know you are not reflecting them, the real you. Don’t ever try to please everyone as everyone is unique creation. You can become friends only with people who like the real you as they will give freedom to your mind and you will no more need to articulate.

2. Forgive And Forget

Many a times, most of us feel bad about many things and when we think about it, we encounter with the most negative feelings in the world. For example, if someone promises to buy something for you and they forget, someone scratches your car, someone discloses your well kept secret, someone borrows a thing from you and they did not return it back, etc then your mind becomes upset and you start perceiving the whole matter in a negative way. Your mind is griped with the feeling of grudge. In order to give freedom to your mind from such feelings, just forgive all those who have caused you petty troubles and make sure to forget the whole episode completely.

Your expressions are an instant reaction to how your mind feels about a thing. Many a times, without judging the issue completely, we react in an awkward manner and showcase the worst side of our personality. This builds stress and anxiety in our minds and we will constantly lose control over what we say. Many a times, we get over involved in one activity and we tend to keep other important tasks pending. These pending tasks create tension in our minds, which doesn’t allow us to perform it with maximum efficacy. For managing your time, you can allot time deadlines for all your tasks listed as per priority and try your best to adhere to your schedule. One of the main factors that curbs your mind out of freedom is a messed lifestyle. Just pick one fine day and remove all mess from your work station and home. Ensure that you change the setting of the house periodically, to enjoy new ambience, which can relieve your mind from accumulated stress. Try your best to organize your work station while making sure that it remains intact at all times. Apart from home and office, try to delete unwanted e-mails from your inbox and properly sort your mails in folders. Also clean up your phone by removing unwanted apps and downloads.

But the truth is that they have self conferred themselves as the happiest people on earth by finding happiness in every moment of life. They know that life is too short to spend it sadly. They find happiness by enjoying the pleasant rays of the early morning sun. Their outlook towards life and work is highly positive. They feel contented with what they have and they strongly believe that money can never buy them happiness as for them, happiness can be discovered in every creation of God.
