Mobile Phones nowadays, have become the most crucial part of almost everybody’s life. People are so addicted to mobile phones that their lifestyle has been set according to it and can’t survive without Mobile Phones. Mobile phones are now replaced by smart phones over last decade, which has got more disadvantages and drawbacks regarding our health. Yeah, it’s a bad news for all those consistent Mobile phone users out there who barely can survive with their expensive handsets.

Here are some serious health hazards due to the usage of phones very much regularly.

#1 Cancer

According to the reports of WHO (World Health Organisation), Mobile phones emit RF that is radio frequency waves which is 1000 times greater than the emissions from base stations. The prolonged use of mobile phones can increase the emission of RF causing serious health troubles. However, the link between mobile phone and cancer or brain tumour is not yet confirmed but studies has to say it will take maximum 20-25 years for causing brain cancer by using Mobile phones.

Excessive radiation from mobile phones can damage brain Mobiles and tissues for sure, which causes memory loss, poor memory or chemical imbalance in the brain affecting our nervous system. Using phones in a smart way can reduce the risk of brain Mobile damage. You can use earphones while travelling, or can use handsfree option or loudspeaker at home, keeping your phone one feet away during sleep and answering calls with left ear or not answering calls when your phone is running out of battery, can minimize the negative impacts.

Prolonged use of mobile phones post evening until midnight can affect your sleeping habits badly. People who love gossips and long conversations over phone all day and mostly after the evening, are more likely to face sleeping disorders, lack of sleep at night, getting awakened at the middle of the sleep due to ring and vibration.

#4 Heart Risk

Radiation emitted from Mobile phones is not only limited to cancer but also with some chronic diseases like heart problems. According to European Journal of Oncology, the emissions of radiations from cordless phones, including mobiles, enhances the abnormalities in heart functioning. The studies claim that radiation is the root cause of the red blood Mobiles (RBCs) to drip hemoglobinand leading to heart complications, mostly cardiac arrest.

A very sad news for all men. Not only your laptops, now your phone can also make you infertile. Experts say, mobile phone radiations reduces sperm count in male upto 30% lowering the sperm Mobile count in their semen, which leads to infertility.

Youngsters, who are mostly addicted to Mobile Phones, are seen with their earphones plugged in for 24×7. Well, this is not the only reason behind the hearing impairment or hearing troubles, the mobile radiation is the another reason. Studies claim that the prolonged exposure to EM (Electromagnetic Field) can reduce hearing ability.

Most of us, use our mobiles for various reasons besides phone call, like internet browsing, chatting, texting, playing games even reading e-books and many more.
