You’ve probably heard that only certain types of dogs react well to training, some just don’t have the patience. This simply isn’t true, as all breeds can be trained. 1. Border Collie 

If you’ve ever watched dog shows where you see them running through tunnels and jumping over hurdles, you may have noticed that a lot of those dogs are border collies. The breed of dog is extremely intelligent and easy to train. 2. Shetland Sheepdog

3. Doberman

There is a reason why many people use Dobermans as guard dogs. They are highly intelligent and attentive, making them easy to train. They focus on their owners and respond well to training. 4. Australian Shepard 

These dogs are bred for working off the leash on farms and other challenging environments. They are great at problem solving and they are confident amongst strangers.

5. Rottweiler 

Although not a herding dog, Rottweilers are intelligent animals that respond well to training. They don’t have as much energy as herding dogs, but they are usually less anxious around others. They are great as guard dogs because of their powerful appearance. 

The five breeds mentioned in this article are some of the easiest dogs to train. But that doesn’t mean they are suited to living with a family. Because of their intelligence, they tend to get bored easy and need lots of stimulating activities to keep them happy. When dogs get bored they sometimes destroy things and become agitated.
