Ayurveda and Skincare-Prevention, Treatment and Care

Ayurvedic medicine for skin

While some people are organically blessed with that healthy glow, others have to work hard towards attaining it. We all love healthy skin because it is the most prominent part of our body. When an individual has to look at you for the first time, your skin is the first thing they notice. Naturally, everyone is caught in the rat race of wanting perfect skin.

Besides, the sun and pollution can take a toll on its quality. We all wear SPF, but it only protects the skin to about 30%. The end goal is to look forever youthful and have radiating skin. Numerous brands are sprawling in the market that propagates skincare.

However, one must be wary and check the chemical composition before buying one. Ayurvedic medicine for skin has proved significant results due to its organic design that revives skin quality and restores all the lost glow.

Other skincare does not possess natural elements like Ayurveda. Instead, they employ harsh chemicals that deprive the skin of needed nutrients. Ayurvedic medicine for the skin serves the purpose of undoing this damage and livening your skin goals.

PREVENT THESE

1. Always wear sunscreen

Never step out of your house without wearing sunscreen. It is indispensable and shields your skin from sun exposure. The sun stimulates wrinkles, age spots and causes aging. Use sunscreen with SPF 15 and apply it every few hours. Try to refrain from stepping out between 10 am to 4 pm. That is when the sunlight is beaming its strongest.

2. Refrain from smoking

Smoking can cause our skin to look weary and worn. It also causes wrinkles over time. It shrinks blood vessels in the epidermis, dwindling blood flow, making our skin look pale. It also eradicates the collagen and elasticity in our skin. Collagen is what induces our glow. Destroying it will jeopardize your skin’s quality. Plus, the expressions we assume while taking a drag and exhaling can also cause wrinkles.

3. Never sleep with makeup on

Few people in the world are not fascinated by makeup. The rest of us love applying it and watching our faces transform. However, the worst aspect about makeup application isn’t the makeup itself but forgetting to remove it.

4. Avoid stress as much as possible

Stress takes a toll on our body that exhibits on our skin as well.
