The game begins in 2077, China and the US begin a nuclear war over natural resources. Upon hearing the sirens and seeing the panic in the streets, you and your family flee to a nuclear bunker. You wake up in 2287 and find that your son is missing. Roaming the vast wasteland never gets boring, there are plenty of places to explore, weapons to build, and characters to meet. You can complete the story at your own pace, there is a wide range of side missions to keep you occupied. Exploring alone is one of the greatest parts of this game, there are so many things to see. Just make sure that you are prepared to run into enemies! People also really enjoy the building aspect of this game, you can build your very own sanctuary just the way you like it! If you aren’t sure what fallout the apocalyptic style is slightly similar to mad max, but there is a whole lot more diversity in the wasteland and much more things to do! 

The Last of Us Remastered

Widely regarded as one of the best single-player games ever made, the last of us is one of the most popular PlayStation exclusives ever released. This is for a good reason! This captivating story follows a man called Joel living in a world ravaged by an incurable zombie virus. Joel is tasked with smuggling a teenage girl named Ellie, who is immune to the virus, across the US. She is very similar to his own daughter who died at the beginning of the outbreak, so Joel ends up being a father figure to her during their journey. Considering Ellie cannot remember what life was like before the outbreak, living in a dangerous world is all she has ever known. Due to this, despite being a young girl, she can fend for herself really well. Joel and Ellie make a lot of enemies throughout their journey and end up getting more than they bargained for. The Last of Us is one of the best PlayStation plus games to try if you are a fan of single-player games, it’s so good that you can play it over and over. We should probably mention that this game is for mature audiences only, there are a lot of violent scenes that aren’t suitable for children.
