Fibronectin ELISA Kit Vs EGF ELISA Kit

PicoKine Kit

Fibronectin ELISA Kit

Human fibronectin ELISA kit used to measure fibronectin protein in cit plasma, EDTA plasma, serum, milk, tissue extracts cell culture supernatant and cell culture extracts. Fibronectin ELISA contains 20.6 pg/ml sensitivity. Cold-insoluble globulin, CIG, and Cold insoluble globulin are the other names used for Fibronectin ELISA.

Background of Fibronectin

Fibronectin belongs to the family glycoprotein with the molecular rate. The glycoprotein exists on the surface of the cell in connective tissues, basement membranes, and extracellular fluids.

Fibronectin has two main forms: cellular form and plasma soluble form. The role of Fibronectin seems in cell adhesion, migration, growth, and differentiation. It also plays a very important role in the process of embryonic development and healing wounds. It is also used carcinoma development and for radioresistance, it acts as a potential marker.

The benefits of the Fibronectin ELISA are as follows:

  • Assay time decreased to 90 minutes or less with a single wash
  • It is highly sensitive, reproducible from superior antibodies and the specificity
  • Using biological samples, it is tested and validated completely.
  • It contains 96 well plates; those could be broken down into 12 x 8 well strips.

Fibronectin present in a circulating plasma and extracellular matrix. It plays an important role in processes related to migration and cell adhesion. These include nerve regeneration, embryogenesis, and healing wounds. It also has an impact on glomerulopathy, coronary health diseases, and metastasis tumor cells. The existence of the fibronectin is in the form of a multimer or dimer. For collagen, protein contains the binding spots, fibrin, and heparin.

Properties of Fibronectin ELISA kit

Fibronectin is used to bound different compounds with the surface of the cells. These compounds include fibrin, DNA, collagen, heparin, and action. Fibronectin is acting in the process of wound healing, cell motility, cell adhesion, opsonization, and to maintain the shape of cells. It also takes part in the collagen of type I by osteoblasts.

Fibril formation is induced in Anastellin. Anastellin also binds fibronectin.

EGF ELISA Kit

The GM-CSF Elisa kit is used to quantify and detecting antigens and proteins. Different manufacturers, manufacture standardized ELISA kits to smoothen the immunodetection experiments. For detection, ELISA Kit can be selected based on antibodies conjugates, species reactivity, and target family.

EGF has a mass of 111.3 kDa and 1017 amino acids long. As sites for Glycosylation are reported, it is taken as a secret protein.  EGF fibronectin type-III, pikachurin, laminin, G-like domain-containing protein, and AGRINL, are the other names used for EGF ELISA protein. An ELISA kit shows their reaction on rat, mouse, bovine pig, and humans.

The storage of EGF ELISA Kit

The ELISA kit is usable up to 1 year, from the day it manufactured if stored at -20˚ C. repeated freezing should be avoided. The kit could be stable for 6 months if you put it on 4˚ C. if you need to store it over a long period, it is recommended to put it at -80˚ C.
