How to Encourage Your Child to Make Healthy Food ChoicesSnacks and sugary foods are ubiquitous temptations. Encourage your child to make healthy food choices by getting the whole family involved. You will need healthy foods, baggies, will power, milk or water and a family meal plan.

  • Provide healthy food choices that will give you trial the nutrients necessary for growth and development such as proteins, whole grains, foods and vegetables.
