Parineeti Chopra was the biggest junk food lover who was used to be a couch potato watching TV all day with a slice of extra cheese Pizza. To get into the shape, first of all Parineeti was determined to cut down all junk foods from her diet and stay away strictly from high calorie foods. She planned her strict healthy diet with less fatty foods, carbohydrates and calories.

  • Her breakfast includes 1 glass of sugar free milk, 1 glass of fresh juice, 2 slices of brown bread with butter, 2 egg whites without yolk.
  • Parineeti prefers brown rice, dal, roti, veggies and green salad in her lunch.
  • Her dinner includes low fatty foods with less oil, 1 glass of sugar free toned milk and chocolate milk shake occasionally.
  • Parineeti makes sure to complete her dinner 2 hours before going to bed.
  • She drinks loads of water (8 litres of water) a day to stay hydrated as she believes drinking water can also help you lose weight significantly.
